AD FOR QUOTATIONS-The City of Oconomowoc Utilities is requesting quotations for the services of a qualified & experienced Air Emission Compliance Testing Contractor. Scope of services include providing & completing a Load Bank Test with compliance testing to be completed in accordance to ASTM D6522-00 & procedures outlined by the EPA in RICE NESHAP, 40 CFR 63, Subpart ZZZZ. No substitutions will be considered. Quotations to be received by Lucas Caine, Oconomowoc Utilities, 808 S. Worthington St, Oconomowoc, WI 53066 until January 19, 2016 at 10am at which time they will be publicly opened & read aloud. Quotations shall be marked "WWTP RICE NESHAP Quotation" & accepted only when submitted on the pricing sheet included with RFQ. NO FAX QUOTATIONS will be accepted. The RFQ can be picked up at the Oconomowoc Wastewater Facility, 900 S. Worthington, Monday-Friday, 7:15 am-3:15 pm, or go to www.oconomowoc-wi.gov & see Related Documents (below) for a link to all information. Send any questions pertaining to the RFQ to Lucas Caine at . There will be no Mandatory Pre-Quotation Conference. A voluntary walk thru will be held January 11, 2016 at 1pm at the Oconomowoc Wastewater Facility.
