The City of Oconomowoc is again participating and sponsoring the 30X30 Nature Challenge. What is it? People in business and their respective companies are challenged to spend 30 minutes a day in nature for 30 days (June 1st – 30th).
Join us to officially kick off the event at the Oconomowoc Community Center June 1.
Here's what's in store for this fun event:
11:30 – 12:10: Enjoy free paddleboat rides compliments of the City of Oconomowoc Park and Recreation Dept. Bring your lunch and picnic blanket with you, dine on the lawn next to the Community Center while taking in the picturesque shores of Lac La Belle. Other wellness activities include walking around the lake during your lunch hour!
12:15 - 12:30: Kick off press event highlighting local businesses that are participating in the 30x30 Nature Challenge {located at pergola behind Community Center in front of Lac La Belle}

12:30: Everyone is invited to participate in a large group photo, which will be taken following the kickoff program. Stick around for free frozen treats compliments of U.S. Green Building Council WI supporters DP Recycling and Waukesha's own BSI.
