Please download the account update sheet provided by the link below. Fill it out and email it to the Parks, Recreation and Forestry Department at email@example.com. We will update your account information and unlock your account. You MUST also provide proof of residency which can include a tax bill, utility bill, or another document mailed to your home that verifies you live there. You can email proof of residence to the department, stop by the Community Center between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. Monday through Friday, or leave it in the drop box after hours located at the entrance to the Community Center.
