The Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources is warning folks to watch for defoliators in their oak trees this summer. The spongy moth caterpillar populations are high this year, but there are some native caterpillars to watch for this year as well. City, Parks, Recreation and Forestry staff have found spongy moth caterpillar's in city trees this summer.
