The Rec Dept. is located at the Oconomowoc Community Center, 220 West Wisconsin Ave. Open from 8 a.m.-5 p.m. Mon-Fri.
Return this card and info sheet no later than July 21 to the Oconomowoc Rec. Dept.
Please also do not forgot to go to the online store and purchase your equipment before the season begins. You can purchase elsewhere but the store offers great prices and is a convenient option.
