Situated between two picturesque lakes, Oconomowoc, is truly the "Heart of Lake Country." Whether in a boat, or on the beach, there are plenty of ways to enjoy the city's lakes, Lac La Belle and Fowler Lake.
Beaches are open from Memorial Day to Labor Day weekend. Both Bender Beach and City Beach are popular destinations to enjoy some sun and swimming. Lifeguards are on duty at all city beaches during hours of operation.
If you're ready to head out on the lake, a public boat launch is available at City Beach and at Fowler Lake.
No boat, no problem, you can still get out on the lake by renting a canoe, kayak or stand up paddle board at City Beach. Rent for an hour or for the day.
